How long till you stop the newbie routine

How long till you stop the newbie routine

Just wondering how long most have gone doing the newbie routine before they stopped seeing results?

Q: How long till you stop the newbie routine?

A: Why would you want to stop if you’re getting results?

GM

Yeah that’s a good question I’ve been wondering that, has anyone used the newbie routine for several years and kept on making gains? To be honest I don’t think I could cope doing a longer routine because my hands get exhausted after a PE session

Re-read GM’s response.

To be honest, I think the thread titles a bit wrong because me and clasik have both asked a question which is different from the title

The point of the question was to see how long members used the newbie routine before it stopped working for them. I’m wondering if there is an average amount of time that the user would go through before the routine would no longer yield gains.

I doubt an average would mean much for any particular guy because there are so many variables. 2-3 months minimum before moving on to other techniques seems reasonable to me.

Not everyone gains well from the very beginning. I did. My first 4 months of BPEL gains went: 1/2”, 1/4”, 1/8”, nothing. So, about 3 months in my case.

Get the most you can from using the least intensity. Don’t do more than necessary thinking you’ll gain faster. Overtraining excessively toughens your tissues, making progress more difficult.

Stop when you no longer get any gains from it.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Well, since the thread title predates the questions, is it the thread title that is misleading- or the questions that are in the wrong thread?

Just sayin’

;)

Who really cares about the title predating the context? Get over it and either participate or don’t. Do we really need someone to constantly criticize everything someone does instead of answer the question. This is the type of thing to discourage people from asking questions.

I’m not angry, just perplexed by the behavior of some of the more seasoned members.

It would be better for you and others here to focus on the topic instead of semantics.

Two members here asked a valid question. How long did a newbie routine work for you? I’ve already answered. It’s your turn.
