How long till I see actual progress
I’ve been doing PE excercises on and off and ages now and have mixed opinions about it.
My current routine is..
- 10 min hot wrap on my penis
- Stretch penis in each direction and do 30 kegels
- 10 min dry jelq
- 5 min wet jelq
- Cooldown with hot shower
With kegels after workout.
I do this 3 times a week.
I’ve been doing this for about for 3 months straight currently and I generally get a lot of positive PI’s for 3 weeks then lose most it for 1 week.
In this time I’ve seen no significant increase in size apart from a slight increase to girth towards the end of the third week.
What am I doing wrong?
