How long till I see actual progress

I’ve been doing PE excercises on and off and ages now and have mixed opinions about it.

My current routine is..
- 10 min hot wrap on my penis
- Stretch penis in each direction and do 30 kegels
- 10 min dry jelq
- 5 min wet jelq
- Cooldown with hot shower
With kegels after workout.
I do this 3 times a week.

I’ve been doing this for about for 3 months straight currently and I generally get a lot of positive PI’s for 3 weeks then lose most it for 1 week.
In this time I’ve seen no significant increase in size apart from a slight increase to girth towards the end of the third week.

What am I doing wrong?

Just to verify: the phenomenon of rising PI’s in the first 3 weeks and then dropping in the fourth week is repeating?

Yeah the rasing of PI’s in the 3 weeks then droping in the 4th has occured 3 times now. Should I cut back my routine workload?

This is a quite strange phenomenon because it seems to be cyclic. So I am not sure if a cutback is the way to go, but I can’t offer a really better alternative.

What crosses my mind is recovery and heal days frequency. You do a 3on/week, which means you have at least one off-day followed by another on-day.

I would therefore suggest to modify as first experiment the frequency to a strict 1on/2off frequency to optimize recovery and growth.

If after 2 months the 3/1 weeks of good/bad PI’s is still present I would then keep the 1on/2off frequency and, as second experiment, reduce the number of dry jelqs to 5min. If after another month it is still persistent, put dry jelqs to 0min (dry jelqs are a bit more intense than wet jelqs in my opinion).

If by then we still have the 3/1 phenomenon, we have to think it all over again. Maybe then a complete deconditioning may be necessary - but let’s first try the road of gradual reduction because it gives more infirmation what eventually is the root cause of this phenomenon.

Thanks for your help I think I’ll try the 1 day 2 days off approach but also cut back on the dry jelqs. Should I take a week off before attempting this?

I am not sure, or otherwise said I think the modifications you plan to introduce are so much offloading the routine that the effect should be sensible right on. It’s just a gut feeling but I would say no, just modify as you described and go on.

Thanks for the replys Richard I think I might just be overdoing it and will go do the suggested newbie routine for a while. My main probably is I get to carried away with especially with edging.

I think edging is not the cause, on the opposite, it’s quite beneficial.

No problem there, the longer you are able.to edge the better. As long as there is no orgasm at the end.
