How long til a new routine

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for like half a week now so I have no intentions of switching up to a more intesne routine for a while, but just out of curiosity. How long did most of you wait until your routine got more intense.

I would wait until your newbie gains run out.

I waited about 4 months, and I paid the price big time because I wasn’t conditioned enough. Being too hasty is not a good idea, it could ruin your PE chances for a long long time.

I think it is best to increase amount of jelqs first while staying on newbie routine, then after doing that for a while you should maybe do jelqs while even more erect than normal… do this before even considering the advanced exercises (I know you must feel curious and eager to change).

I agree!

Just to add something, newbie routine is not always for newbies who have just started PEing. Keep what works best for you. I found that newbie routine is the safest routine and it helps both gains in length and girth.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Do the beginner routine until you feel it has become too easy. Any major exercise program, Bodybuilding or PE, needs a solid foundation. If your penis isn’t stong enough to handle the higher level exercises you could tear or pull something that you don’t want to, and your GF or wife won’t be too impressed with you and the exercises. Maybe after two months you could add a LIGHT stretching routine followed by a good massage to bring the penis back from it’s fatigue. Always kegel and vary your jelqs to keep your penis guessing and to ensure gains.
