So when do you guys think I can begin seeing sustainable results? 3 months, 6 months, years? My goal is to get from my current 4 inch flaccid hang to a seven by March? Is this too optimistic or is this a realistic goal?

Everyone is different. Some make extremely fast gains initially and others have to see slower progression over a longer period of time. Unfortunately the only way to find out which group you fall into is to do the work that is required to make progress and growth.

To be completely honest, gaining 3 inches in the span of six months is extremely unrealistic for 99.999999% of people who do PE. I can say that if you gain one inch in the first year then that is considered to be a major success by most standards. For most of us, you have to be in it for the long haul if you are looking to make any major gains like that. A “marathon” mindset is required to be successful at PE.

I’m cool with working for it with that marathon mindset. I plan to do it for 3 years and settle with what I gained.

This is completely the wrong way to approach PE. Imagine starting a diet and then saying if I’m not skinny in 3 months I’ll never go on another diet again. Or imagine buying a gym membership and saying “I better have 6 pack abs by May.” Just follow the newbie routine and see what happens. After 6 months or 3 months of stalled gains on that (whichever doesn’t come first) then I’d make a post saying “What should I do now?” Don’t look for an 8 inch dick by a certain date, just be happy with any and all gains. Many people on here have been at it for years without any growth. I’ve grown maybe .15 inches in length and .1 inches in girth in 4 years. Let’s hope the gains come easier to you, but please, if you rush it you probably won’t be too lucky.

Ah yes….the “I-need-five-inches-more-by-next-weekend-‘cause-I-got-a-hot-date-and-my-ding-dong-needs-to-be-ten-inches-so-that-I-can-rock-her-universe-so-incredibly-that-she-will-yearn-and-ache-for-me-for-the-rest-of-her-life” train has arrived again………


Start: April 2012 BPEL 5¼" x EG 4¾"----> July 2012 BPEL 5¾" x EG 4⅞"

First goal: 6"x5"

Long Term Goal: 8"x5¾"

Start a routine and see what happens!


JULY 30 2012 BPFSL: 5 7/8"" BPEL: 6" FG: 4 3/8-4 1/2 " EG: 4 3/4- 5"

OCT 1st 2012 BPFSL: 6.375" BPEL: 6 .375" EG: 5 3/16 "

GOAL: BPEL: 7.5" EG: 5 5"-6" would be nice!

Newbie routine.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

It is absolutely achievable by March…. 2019.
