How long does it take to gain a CM

I do a 2 min warm up thats all it takes I do 5 min stretchs started this week and 20 mins jelqing. I’m in week 3 and havent gained just notice erections come easier. But from what I read does it really take 4-6 weeks before your penis will start to gain

Everyone is different. It could take months.

So many variables.

Look at it as a lifestyle change and that PE will become a natural part of your day.

I’ve been at this for four years and I have gotten a bigger, stronger and healthier dick as a result.

Just wondering how soon or how long it took most people to gain there first 1cm of length.

It takes as long as it takes, which is still anywhere from a couple months to a year, everybody is different. Follow the newbie routine, be consistent, focus on getting a good stretch, getting good expansion, take rest days, use heat, enjoy the newbie gains. Most people notice their flaccid stretched length increases before their erect length does. Good luck.

+ 1, i personally gaind 1 cm BPEL in my first (or ok 0.9 cm) month but this is just personal as everything else. Just keep hitting your dick and be dedicated, the results will come. I have much more respect for hard gainers in pe then easy gainers like me

I find myself at some points very horny and a little past 20 cms….but more usually it can be 19. It depends on who you are. But I’m currently bouncing between these too measurements. My best advice is to not pay attention to the size, but just enjoy playing around and stretching your penis in the shower and in bed and stuff. You’ll get used to the routine….and you wont even notice but you’ll just grow without paying mind :) Its nice to go back and realize that you are now 3 cms larger than you were without noticing :p

Less than a month.

It took me 8 weeks into PE to gain 1cm. I’ve just past the 12 weeks mark and have gained 1.4cm or a little bit more than 1/2” in 3 months. I seemed to be gaining at a rate of about 1mm/week. It may be slower than some, but I’m glad that I’m still growing. You can check out my progress thread at my signature below. :)

I’ve gained .36 BPFSL in 500 hours in a penis extender.

I gaines nearly 1 cm in over 2 months. No flaccid gain I think. So its just better EQ

Hanging it took about 6 weeks to actually get the technique correct, skin stretching and then get up to the right weight and hours. After that probably less than 2 weeks at the most.

But those 2 weeks where built on that 6 week foundation. Just like all future gains at higher weight levels are built on refining technique from past sessions.
