How Long Does Deconditioning Take

I have been PEing for more or less 5 months, and then I took a break for about a month. Has my penis deconditioned during that time? If I were to resume my PE routines, would I have to start again from zero or can I continue where I left off?

Just start off slowly and build up the intensity. You don’t have to do the newbie routine again for 2-3 months.

Ok, but after how long is a penis considered deconditioned?

It depends on how much healing is needed. Usually 4 to 6 weeks is good. If you are trying to clear up discoloration, then go for 6 weeks and when you start up again do things nice and easy with the goal of not returning to discoloration.

There really is no definite answer to how long it takes to fully decondition the penis. Most people on this forum would probably say between 4-12 weeks. I imagine a veteran PE’er may require a year or longer depending on what condition their tissue is in.
