How Long Does Baseball Bat Effect Last?
I’ve done maybe 12 jelq and 10 stretch sessions since starting PE 3 months ago. I have a pretty noticable baseball bat effect going on for a while now. I have tried some reverse jelqs while holding a kegal and tried pinching the base and jelqing down, but both have had no effect so far.
I have read that baseball bat is temporary and goes away with time by itself though, is this true?. What are some ways to get rid of it?
