How Long Does Baseball Bat Effect Last?

I’ve done maybe 12 jelq and 10 stretch sessions since starting PE 3 months ago. I have a pretty noticable baseball bat effect going on for a while now. I have tried some reverse jelqs while holding a kegal and tried pinching the base and jelqing down, but both have had no effect so far.

I have read that baseball bat is temporary and goes away with time by itself though, is this true?. What are some ways to get rid of it?

Manual stretching can help it so can hanging. But in my opinion it’s not really a bit deal. It’s something that can be corrected with base clamping once you’ve gained all the length you want.

That is a concern for me too ! I have girth near glans 12.5 cm midshaft 12 and base only 11 cm !

I also thought that by jeqing in some particular direction or way could fix this ?

Hey Dickenss, sure I’ll be happy to help you out buddy. I haven’t found anything yet. Just being patient and going easy on the jelqing to see if it will go away by itself.

I have an idea. Maybe by jelqing around 60-80% from glans to about midshaft (where it starts to shrink in girth) and then forcing blood into penis by doing keggels might create enough pressure to make that girth grow ? If you have time, and if the idea makes sense to you, maybe give it a try !

Alright I’ll keep that in mind, I haven’t done much in PE for over two weeks now. I’m going on a long trip, be back in a few weeks. Go for it and let me know if it work for you. I will go the do nothing and see if it goes away route. =]

I’m still taking time off, I decided better to take another week off so I don’t overtrain again ! And as I haven’t been PEing for long time I can’t tell you If those thing really work ! But when I’ll restart I will hopefully make my progress thread and keep you updated !

Continuing the reverse jelqs is probably a good idea.

If you aren’t averse to hardware, pumping may help. The size increases I have gotten from pumping started at the base. Don’t get a Kaplan cylinder, since they taper toward the head, and you’d just pack the cylinder there and not get as good expansion at the base and midshaft.

Hey Guys, I’m back from my trip…

So I havent done any PE in in about 3 weeks and my baseball bat effect went away! My length I gained is still there and i think my girth is still a little bigger than before PE. Sorry I don’t measure my girth that often, but it obviously went down a little since my Baseball bat went away.

I had a baseball before starting pe, just how i grew it. I was hoping PE would help, and it is starting to diminish. I do 200 jelqs, after manual stretching. But i also jelq to the left and right, this allows me to grab further down the base then when i go straight out. when i grab the base i go very slow until about halfway up the shaft. This puts pressure on the base longer than the last half. I usually do 60 straight out, then 15 to each side, then maybe 40 straight out, then the sides again. usually between 30 to 50 to each side. when i aim left i use right hand, and vice versa.


Jelq, ADS, repeat.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

Must...think...long...term.
