Hey guys!

Currently in the middle of my second month doing PE. Haven’t seen any gains yet. I’m curious to all of those who have,how long before you first gained?

I first saw gains after about 3 months of regular exercises, but that was after about a year of on off/ haphazard routines.

Stick with it, and watch your PIs.

I measured after 1 month of PE and immediately saw length gains (0.43”).


Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

I went from 7.5 EBPL to 7.9 EBPL in 2 months of pe.


First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5

Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0

Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL

I saw 0.3” / 0.4” at the girth after 45 days and I saw about 1.2” more length as BPFSL too but I couldn’t see any change more than 0.1” on my El. I am waiting.

I take measurements every 6 months. Gained 1/2 ” in length and girth in 6 months. Due to measure again in June 2010.

Why so seldom? I mean, it’s good not to measure too often, but this way it’ll take you half a year to realise whether or not the routine is working. General rule is to do a routine as long as you’re gaining from it. Once the gains stop, the routine has to change. If you measure 2 times a year, you’re potentially losing a lot of time on doing something that maybe doesn’t work. Measuring once every 1-2-3 months seems reasonable to me.

Maybe because you’re doing manual stretching wrong. I replied to your question in thread about stretching.

What does the rest of your routine look like? Describe the way you do other exercises, maybe you’re doing the others wrong as well. Let the guys on forum help you out, that’s what the forum is here for. :)

Yea, I agree with UpTo7. I personally think 1/2 in 6 months great gains but I think you could benefit more by watching your progress a bit more so you know how your routine is doing.

I noticed a difference visually within a few weeks. Don’t know if it was any bigger, but it just looked better. I think the first measured difference for me was in 2-3 months. I was primarily hanging with a little jelqing.

My first gains came after 5 months of consistent, hard work.
