How long before Kegels show full effect
I’m just wondering, I’ve been doing Kegels now for like 3 days and the results are already amazing! My erections are alot harder, does it only get better from here? Thanks

If you keep it up you will be able to hold off your ejaculation longer

It can get better, or if you do too many kegels, if will make you ejaculate faster. But after that hurdle you shouldn’t have any problems I don’t think :)
