My goal is to gain 3 inches or 7.5 cm, I’m 4 inches erect in length and girth right now.

What kind of PE plan should I follow and how long should I do it for to reach my goal?

Also whenever I do PE I have trouble maintaining a low erection level and keep getting full erections, any advice?

Well, 3” gain is not a probable goal, to be honest, but nothing is impossible, who knows?

I suggest you doing the newbie routine, maybe starting with a bit less of that, and progressing week after week, adding 2 minutes of stretching and 10-20 jekq-strokes each week, just to make an example.
