How long and what exercise

So iam just starting just wondering how long will it take to grow a in or two.feel free to tell your experience.iam in need of advice thank in advance

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Like I said lam a complete newb.what would be a good girth then.maybe a 6”?

Iam currently at 5.5” x 3.2” which is no bueno.

I think the majority of people desire an 8”x6”.

I’ll make mine as big as possible (So long as it works)I’d be delighted with a 20incher.

I also have heard that by taking nitric oxide and jelquin it can increase the penis faster

dude909 it seems like you need to spend much more time browsing around the forum. There is no answer to how long it will take you to grow an inch or two. Most people never grow an inch or two. You will have to sacrifice much time and put in a lot of effort. You throwing “an inch or two” around like that indicates your goals and expectations are not realistic which will hurt you big time when your not gaining as fast as you want and you try to rush things.

7.5” x 5.5” (nbpel x eg) IMHO

Seems like pretty much anyone can gain an inch plus in one year if you do things right. Don’t overtrain!
