How long after starting PE can hang safely

Ok, I’m doing PE for a while, but started and stopped several times ..
Now I’m serious, dedicated, I’m practicing for almost two months properly. My training is:

5 ‘wrapping
40 JAI (2-2) sometimes stretching for five directions.
Static stretch five directions for 3 minutes each.
100 Jelqs OK, pulling up higher.
100 Jelqs Overhand pulling down further.
50 V to right Jelqs
50 V Jelqs left.
6 Ulis #3 30” each overhand grip on the base.
5 ‘wrapping.

What do you think of my workout? Too much or too little for beginner? I was thinking of taking the ULI, and focus more on long!?

How quickly is good and safe start HANG?? That’s my biggest question ..

Your routine looks OK, if you are doing it lightly. If you are using much force, it’s too much.

I can never understand why guys don’t just stick to the newbie routine until they have exhausted all the gains they can get from it. The great skill of PE is doing the absolute minimum possible to get the gains. Doing too much, or using too much force, will just make the tissues of your penis tougher, and your gains will be harder to get.

So leave hanging as long as you possibly can, until you cannot gain length by any other method. That’s the right time to start hanging!

Hey firegoat, if you toughen up your cock and ligs overtime with excessive force would a deconditioning break be an effective method for reversing that effect? Or is it toughened up for good?

A deconditioning break will reverse the effects, but when starting up again after a break, you need to take it really slow because the tissues have a ‘memory’ of the force they have had to cope with before, and become stronger again much faster than for a complete newbie.

I’m convinced that most guys who get minimal results from PE are the ones who tried to do ‘too much too soon’. My early gains ground to a dead stop because that’s what I did. I had to take a year off to decondition fully before starting again gradually. Slow and steady wins the race! Rushing to add more has the opposite effect of what you are trying to achieve.

Hey Firegoat, I’m just coming off a 1 month deconditioning break myself and have been slowly increasing my routine to the level it was at pre-break. I plan to get back to normal about 3 weeks after restarting. Do you think this is too quick?

Depends how conditioned you were. If well conditioned before the decon break, I think a 2-3 month break is a bare minimum, and you will still re-condition fairly fast. If you want to get back to at least a semi-newbie state, a year is better.

As to ‘getting back to normal’, it depends what ‘normal’ is for you. You want to start back with a light newbie routine and see if you make any gains. Increase it only when you are not getting gains. Trying to get back to ‘normal’ pre-decon break levels as fast as possible negates the whole purpose of a break. Go as slow as you can while still getting gains.
