How is this for a basic 20 min routine
Before I post it, I should let you all know that I don’t exactly warm up. The problem is, I don’t know how I could wihtout my parents getting suspicious. I can’t get a towel, and I can’t use a rice sock. Any other tips for war ups?
Ok. So ill start with stretches (out, down, up, left, right, around). 2 x 30 for each angle.
Then I hop in the shower and do 20-30 slow quality jelqs like tntjockey advised me..
And thats it.. I guess a cooldown would be the hot shower water. But how bad is this for a basic routine. Just tryng to get some girth, and any length is just a bonus
