How is the Uli#3 performed?
I just dont seem to understand this exercise, it looks a lot like a dry jelq, can someone explain how this exercise is performed?. Thanks a lot!

With a uli#3 you make a very tight (tourniquet) grip, so you can only move up the shaft as much as your penis expands above the grip to allow it. With a dry jelq the grip is much looser, to allow easy travel up the shaft.
