How is the jelq squeeze done?

How is the jelq squeeze done?, is this a girth or length exercise?

I mean not to highjack this thread, but it is a relevant question.

When jelqing, around the end of my session I find it increasingly difficult to make the “pressure” feeling inside my penis when moving blood. I get a nice plumb look but compared to the beginning of the session it’s not the same tense feeling.

You might be squeezing too hard or jelqing too long, make sure you read the PI thread to watch for negative indicators and adjust. Also there are nerve ending running up the top of your shaft so be careful on how you grab your penis when stretching.

I try to the best of my ability not to apply very much pressure along the bottom or top, rather squeeze for the most part, from the sides. Yesterday I took a new approach and slowed my jelqs way down, or perhaps just did them as they should be done. With the slower jelqing I could produce the tight feeling of blood being pushed to the head pretty much throughout the entire session.
