How importent is OFF days
Is it really necessarily to rest every other day? For example www.jes-extender.com recommends 12 hours daily use, 7 days a week. No off days what so ever. I found it frustrating not to be able to do the exercises every day.
Also. Some claim that sex or masturbating 2-3 hours before or after is bad for PE and will make gains minimal. Is this true? And if so, why?
