How important is that one day break

I’m new so I’m doing the newbie routine, 2 on 1 off. Since getting started I’m kind of addicted to it haha, is that 1 day off key?

Your referring to the newbie routine right? I’ll defer the reason why there is a break in the routine to the vets on this board, whose opinion I respect very much. The reason I do not take a break, nor have I from the time I started is because I buy into Wadzilla’s EtP (elastic to plastic) theory (Wad hasn’t been on in a few weeks, I think he does that, but I’m sure he’ll be back eventually). It helps explain why gains come in the ways they do, and why no gain is ever permanently “cemented”, although if you build up great gains, this theory allows for the possibility to keep gains for a long time, even years without any PE, the theory also states that if you build up great gains, MINIMAL PE is needed to maintain, even phenomenal gains.

Essentially, EtP theory states PE is not like bodybuilding, its all about deformation of tissue (not necessarily a bad thing). The way your body replaces collagen fits this theory perfectly, and from a scientific aspect, it makes sense, but that is not to say it is the gospel and I can garantee you that it is the right theory, but rather the model fits well.

Anyway, I don’t mean to get too off track here. I don’t know what to tell you about taking a day off, I didn’t take a day off, even from day one (I do occasionally miss a day, but its not something I plan, I try not too, but life hits), I never planned days off. Many vets would disagree with my strategy (not all though), and they have the gains to prove their advice is good advice, so I cannot argue with them.

You should also do a search on the topic MilkMan, there is a lot of threads about this, there is even one at the bottom of this page. I believe the same things Hardbody does and I see results so I will probably never go back to taking rest days until I have perfected my penis.

Well the only person who can decide if it is healthy would be you, you can experiment with different things if you would like but as most moderators repeat its best to stick to the newbie routine until your gains are exhausted and I agree with that. Also us guys who do some intense PE sessions everyday usually have to plan when we have sex because we cant possibly get a great erection right after we have worked our penis hard.

Cool thanks bro. Also I was reading a coupe threads that said if your looking for length you should do more stretching than jelqing. If I’m on the newbie routine, since in looking for length gains primarily would it be a good idea to add another stretch session at the end of the routine? Thanks

Milk,

It is all in the way your unit FEELS. If it feels overworked, than give it a rest. I am working between a 3 day on and 1 day off, to 2 day on 1 day off schedule. Today, is an off day, and I will do no jelqing or compression work. (ie girth work) But, I will continue to stretch everyday.

Well, not touching my unit for girth, and resting is probably working for me. I have a little “itchy” feeling in parts of my dick. That itchy feeling is, for me, usually, a sign of growth. Keep studying threads, and different methods that were used by the big gainers and vets. (I always look at the PE stats to see what to believe or not)

To answer your question; I would say no. The newbie and linear newbie routines are in place and set forth for a reason. If you are seeing gains, and having good PI’s, including great EQ, than don’t get too aggressive, or else it will hurt, not help. (PE is like golf, a game of opposites)

The newbie routine is great, but I do think it lacks in stretches for length so maybe when you do your routine do a bit more stretches than it calls for and add to it every week. Make sure your keeping your tissues warm too I think that is crucial for deformation.

Also maybe you should split your routine up, one in the am and one in the pm. I really feel it combats your penis from returning back to its normal state. Just a suggestion though.

So I should perform the routine 2x a day?

If I had to start over I would do a lighter version of the newbie routine twice during the day but whatever you decide on stick with it awhile to see how your penis reacts to it, then if you want to try something else do it for a week so you know exactly how you will respond and find what you like best.
