How Important Is Heat?

Hello all, I have been PEing for about 9 months. I am 51 years young, smoke about1/2 pack of cigarettes, and have about 4-6 ounces of booze per night ( more on the weekends). I have been under a lot of stress, and have not seen much gains. My question is, how important is heat with gains? I know from visiting a physiotherapist this past summer for a bad back, that stretching for 30 seconds minimum is recommended, but heat was not a factor. Heat or no heat?

I swear by it! It allows for the tissue to really stretch. I use a small space heater for constant heat when I don’t PE in the hot tub.

Heat brings about a dilation in blood vessels, allowing more blood and oxygen to flow into the penis in turn helps speed up the process and your gains should happen quicker and be more permanent.

For me heat is an essential procedure before doing girth-type exercises, not really that important before doing length-type exercise but I think they still help.

Try to Quit smoking

You wont make any gains if your smoking cigarettes. Smoking constricts blood vessels and decreases blood flow. I really encourage you not to smoke if you’re gonna do PE it’ll help your gains out alot my friend

I think he should stop smoking as well. That said I made tremendous gains while I was using tobacco.

Thanks all! Going to try with heat, and one day quit smoking. Too much stress in my life right now, and from what I’ve read, that doesn’t help getting gains either.

We have a towel heater in our bathroom, sort of like a micro wave but bigger. Ms tnt and I used heated hand towels on my cock every time, before and during my PE exercising.

Heat isn’t necessarily a requirement for seeing gains but it is undeniably beneficial to PE. Many people don’t bother with it because it’s too much of a hassle or simply only have time for a very limited workout and many of these people report gains. On the other hand, many vets attribute greater gains or breaking plateaus in gaining as a result from the addition of heat alone.

Either way, adding even a little heat to your workout might actually be the one factor that is universally agreed upon as a good idea. If you have the means, do it!

If you’re going to smoke, smoke weed it’s better then cigs

So why would pot be better than tobacco? I know tobacco isn’t good but why would pot be better?

Weed doesn’t turn your lungs black or your teeth yellow, it smells a lot better, it’ll help you focus on your unit during your session, it helps fight certain illness’s, it doesn’t kill people, this is not what this thread is about and I’m not trying to make it about weed im just answering the question.

It does not help with blood flow though so maybe its not the best for PE either.

I think stress is more likely to interfere with gains than smoking.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
