I’ve heard both sides.

I’ve read grip it and rip it, lol.. Pull pretty much as hard as you can without pain.

Then I’ve heard, not hard, just pull enough to get a stretch.

Which is proper?


You never want to have any pain with any of you exercises. You will want pull enough so you get a good stretch and hold it for 30-60 second and release then start over again. Straight out, side stretch to the left, side stretch to the right, straight down,straight up. Do 3 sets of 10 of each to start.
