How hard do you guys jelq?

Is it suppose to hurt a tiny bit, or not hurt at all?

I think I’m jelqing too hard, but I feel like if it isn’t hurting I’m not doing it right.

Also, I think my penis is too hard when I jelq it just seems I can’t control it and it gets too hard. Is it better to ejaculate before doing PE or after with controlling of not getting too hard. If so what do you guys do to maintain a not so hard dick for jelqing.

You should jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. You should not grip your shaft too hard, just enough to feel the blood moving up the shaft towards the glans.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

You should enjoy in jelqing and not be too rough to your dude, I recommend a light grip for beginning as you won’t get injuries so easily and you would definitely enjoy each jelq. :)

I laugh too hard at this, since I do the same !

Now, I just got back to the site from a hard “no time to PE” months, and now I’m struggling to find anything I want, I had a similar problem but due to my foreskin, I was not able to jelq properly because I was mostly dragging my skin instead of really pushing up blood through my shaft. Find a mid level, get comfortable, apply pressure little by little until you feel is enough, and don’t get frustrated or impatient, calm, enjoyable jelqing is the key.

Well, “normal” kegels, first you have to find the PC muscle, you try to stop while peeing squeezing that exact muscle, so you just squeeze that muscle and that’s kegels. I do 50 kegels every other day and squeeze them for 4-5 seconds each. Hope I helped.
