How hard should I be when jelqing?

I feel like I can’t seem to find a happy hardness for jelqing. Like its either too soft not much blood is causing expansion or I’m so hard I can’t really move blood around in my penis and if I try I get the infamous red dots. Any suggestions?

I don’t think you can avoid to have a few red dots at the beginning; you should be worried if you get large blood spots. 50% is ok, find the right amount of tightness through trial and error.

I have ED so the best I can achieve is a weak to moderate semi after 50 or so jelqs, which I find more than enough to be effective. As long ad you can feel blood moving up the shaft, you should be ok.
