How hard? Jelq Squeeze
My routine is this:
1. Stretch: BTC 2x2min
2. Wet-Jelqing 5min
3. Jelq squeeze: 10set x 6 strokes each (slow strokes, 3-4sec)
4. Sadsak Head-pump 2x1minutes (hold and increase grip with fingers)
5. Pump n’ Bend 6set x 15sec (hold under glans, pump in, trap base)
6. Stretch: straight up 1min, BTC 1min
So, I have incorporated the Jelq Squeeze into my routine.
I did it last night and it’s too soon to tell if it gave effect.
I’m wondering though, how hard the erection should be and how tight the jelqing-grip should be.
I did it like 80-90% erect, kegeling to maintain erection, and my GRIP was not so tight because of fear :)
Should the grip be like that of jelqing, = very tight?
And how about the erection level?
I have PE:d for a year.
