Hi, when you do your stretches, how hard do you stretch?

As hard as I can without involving my glans. I hold the stretch for a good while. Those starting out will need to work up to this time and intensity.

Titleist, I have a problem, when I want to stretch my dick starts getting erect, any tips?

I couldn’t know exactly unless we use a “fish scale” or something to measure the force. I’d estimate on mine its around 10lbs of force or more, but under 50 lbs. Possibly in the range of 7lbs to 20lbs or so estimate. I grip just behind the glans and hold it for a minute.

I rest it and do it again.

Wait until the erection subsides. There’s no other way, you’ll get used to it with time. Happens to me from time to time even after 1 year of PE.

What do you mean “without involving your glans”

He means he stretches as hard as he cans without pulling with the glans. So he pulls hard and once his hand starts to slip up to his glans he stops.

I do an okay grip directly below the gland, wrap two fingers below that grip and one finger above it. I do get some discoloration in the tip but it goes away when I take a break.

I do NOT recommend using the glan as I do, but for me its much more of an intense internal stretch then any other method I have tried.

What happens if one involves his glans instead?? It’s difficult to not involve it at all during strecthings because of the loss of grip


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I use both hands, one over the other, also pull back my hips to add more force and kegel a bit sometimes to give extra stretch.

I also do this, when pulling I put my forearms over my body (leg, hips, stomach, etc.) keeping them attached so I can hold my arms in position and give more tension to the pulling force without fatigue myself, I don’t know if I explain myself. I always do it like that.
