Just food for thought on stretching. This is my second try at PE and what a world of difference. I found the other night as I laid in bed and pulled my cock that it just felt good while I did it. I rotated back and forth with my left hand to my right, holding the stretch for about 45 seconds.

Now in the past I would do this process for about 10 minutes and I really never felt anything so I quit manually stretching as I found it to be worthless for me. This time I continued to rotate back and forth and after about 20 minutes of this process I I noticed that the sides of my cock near the base began to feel a nice “pull”. I ended up laying in bed that night watching tv and stretching for 2 hours. WOW!

Eventually the stretch went a good half way up both sides and two thirds up the middle on top of my cock. I actually got something out of it and am totally hooked.

Does it really matter if you vary the direction that you stretch your dick?

I have read that short high tension stretches actually tightens the ligs making gaining harder to realize, I have witnessed this first hand. I used to stretch to the point of a little pain then back off for 20min sets 3 times a day and yes I did see gains just look at my stats. But now I have leveled off so I stated over with the newbie routine. And I have not been using my ADS or my own creations. I did hang for a few weeks daily. and seen some good gains. but nothing now. been doing the newbie routine for a week and a half, Think I will measure again tonight. So keep in mind stretching is good, and feels good to. But don’t over do it. as by doing so you could actually be holding yourself back. the key is a constant stretch throughout the day.

Xefon’s experience shows the virtues of prolonged stress on the ligs in order to make it deform and heal with the deformation. One thing though Xefon, did you mean to say you saw gains while doing short high tension stretches, or hanging style stress? My routine recently consisted of short high tensions stretches, but I did see gains.

I have to say that I have been here for a year and a half and although I don’t jelq as much as I did when I first started my PE journey, I stretch and squeeze daily. I have maintainted what I’ve gained and I think I grown some as well. ( I don’t measure much anymore) The wife has had nothing but positive comments. Hope you experience similar results.
