How hard do I stretch?

I’m on day 2 of Newbie routine, I did 3 days back in June and injured myself (I think from jelqing too hard), got purple spots and difficulty with erections, so I want to make sure I’m doing this right for gains but also being careful.

Is there a way to check if I’m stretching too hard or too soft? Also, with jelqing I’m only pushing blood up, I’m not really gripping too hard. Is there a way to know if I’m doing that right, as well?


Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"

Been jelqing for 2 months, no gains yet but definitely stronger erections. For stretching just go to where you feel a pull and not discomfort and for the jelqing imagine you are removing honey from a steel rod.

I had the same problem when I started with PE which resulted in injury from jelqing, but nothing serious just red spots. Don’t use more force than it’s needed to get max BPFSL or increase the force till you reach max BPFSL. The number of jelqs isn’t important, the time under pressure is important.

I’ve long had the theory that stretches are limited mainly by gripping devices. If you had some fantasy gripping device that didn’t injure your unit (nerves, etc.), you could hang 10x the amount you’re accustomed to.

The penis is an incredibly resilient organ—unfortunately for us PE’rs.

Or who knows…maybe it’s fortunate. It puts the brakes on things.
