Hi All you advocates of bigger better plumper larger massive cocks. This is my first post as I have just started the newbie routine. Although I have watched the videos for jelqing I am unsure how hard I should be squeezing before pulling up my wood. Please give me some advise as I only have quite a small cock.

Not that hard when you are just starting. If you get red spots, that’s a little too hard.

My advice would be to find a middle point: not too light- not too hard. Just feel a nice stretch, and a slight-healthy ache. And of course don’t forget to enjoy the workouts! :)
I think this produces the best results.

Either one or both… just back off a bit if you see them. Also, either let them disappear before doing your next workout, or take it VERY easy on the next workout so as to not aggravate the situation.

I’ve seen a lot of those red spots before, and nothing happened. I just completely ignored them.

I get red spots on my shaft every time I do PE. They go away after a few hours and leave no discolouration that I have noticed. If I get them on my glans I know I have gone to hard, but on the shaft I don’t mind.

I think the first rule of Jelqing should be: If you feel pain STOP!

Pain and PE don’t go well together. If someone tells you “no pain no gain”, they’re confused. Mild discomfort at the most.

I jelq at about 50% erect, however you should be able to jelq at any erection level, just remember pain is bad, especially if you are at the higher end of the erection spectrum.
