How hard and how tight

How hard should my stretch be be and how tight should my grip be for stretching?

I have never really found an only post describing what’s the rigth amount of stretching force one has to apply when performing stretches.. In m y first PE days I used to stretch to the maximum (say the same force I’d use to take a flaccid stretched length measure.) but I soon realized this way of stretching isn’t good to gain.. Penis reacts to hard stimuli by turtling inside your body and it doesn’t grow.. Also the tissues of the penis could get hurted and develop scar tissues thus thoughtening the penis itself.. This is why decon break are higly adviced.. So the bottom line is easing your stretch, I stretch to the point my penis flaccid stretched is 0,5 cm shorter than my maximum flaccid stretched length.


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I think that people react differently to the force by which one stretches the unit.

I have got good gains previously by applying enormous amounts of force with a home-made stretcher for short periods of time, whereas some have reported turtling, negative PE and little or no gain doing similar things.

I think you have to try different amounts of force to see what works best for you.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Man you got truly respectable gains with your routine!! Kudos to you! You started from a thinner girth than mine and now your are actually thicker and we trained for the same amount of time (that is about a year).. Would you mind to post your exact routine here and life habits please?thx
