How fast will my gains come

I’m 18, asian, and just through my first month of PE, and I’m glad to say that I see visible gains! I have, through using DLD’s newbie routine, gained 0.25 in girth and now my EQ is great! However, my length gains are very minimal. I’d just like to ask if I’m doing anything wrong.

Here’s my routine:
3-5 min hot towel wrap
4 way stretch, 30s in each direction
Re-warm up
100 lubricated jelqs
Some ulis
Warm down

I also do kegels throughout the day.

I’d like to ask when or how my length gains will come, and I aim to increase my length by an inch and my girth by an inch too.

I’m new to PE, so please guide me.

In between the 50th and 51st day of doing PE, discounting off days.

If you are seeing visible gains then stick with the routine you are using and monitor your PI’s. If you reach a point where you aren’t seeing gains for a long time then it will be time to try something new or take a deconditioning break. I can’t tell you when your gains will come it is different for everyone. I’m not sure what you mean by “How your gains will come” but can also say that is different for everyone also. You may get steady increases in length for awhile or you may go through periouds where no gains are made followed by a sudden spurt of growth.

PE is a marathon, not a sprint. Some people see gains very fast, others see it slowly, others don’t see any for years, and some don’t see any progress at all. The key to PE is consistency.

If you are gaining, continue as you are. If you see a halt in gains increase the intensity of your routine and add a few new exercises to it.

Sounds simple, but it isn’t.

What above said; also, average gains I think are about 1/2” (1-1.5 cm) first year for length, half of that for girth. An 1” in length will require on average 2 years, 1” in girth 3- 5 years, if we are speaking of stable gains. Raise your stretch time a bit.

I agree to the former and vets and I have to inform you that please try to read every thread and posts. If you yave free time read all privious posts. This will protect you from injury and will you good idea about PE for good gains.

If I understand what you are saying, you stretch for 30 seconds each left, right, up, and down correct? This makes for a total of about 2 minutes when you multiply 30 seconds times 4. I would say up your stretching amount. Two minutes is not a lot at all. Try 60 seconds in each direction instead taking a break every 30 seconds to restore blood flow.

I’d say you can safely expect gains to come slowly and inconsistently. Nonetheless, gaining mass to your manhood is quite the good deal. Stick with it and rewards will come. By the way, welcome to Thunder’s!


I don’t believe in what some people are claiming. I believe EVERYONE will gain through PE. If you’re seeing little to no gains over several months, you’re doing something wrong. I can’t see how different biology/genetics can make some people incapable of gaining through PE. I do agree that some people gains faster then others, but EVERYONE should be able to gain. If you’re not seeing ANY gains within 2-3 months, you should try another routine.
