How far from length goal before girth work

Hey everyone.

I know I’m still doing the new newbie routine and that this question should be miles away but I am reading about this stuff daily now. Knowledge is an addiction for me..

When hanging (hypothetical here), do you get to your length goal? An inch before your length goal? Before beginning serious girth training? Everywhere I read says stretch by hanging to get all the length you want first. Just how far is my curiosity..

Many of us say slightly surpass whatever goal in whatever direction you have. Surpassing it by .25” or thereabouts will make sure that if there is retraction when you slow down your efforts that you will still be at or over the goal.

In my opinion this one of the biggest PE myths. I grew in both directions at the same time. Focus on both would be my advice.

When working towards too many goals at the same time it can become difficult to tell what techniques are working and which are not, and when negative PI show up it is that much harder to determine the cause.

Keep an open mind and a closed wallet... unless it\'s open to making a donation!

If you have a certain length as your goal, and you do not want to go over that length at all, then it may be good to even switch to girth work slightly before you reach your goal in case the girth work boosts your length as well. I have seen a few members who were on a quest for girth only, gain some length from their girth routine.

Titleist, so you didn’t separate your routine at all? You have some awesome gains man. I’ve read a few posts of hanging threads and they continually mention ease of length gains when girth is thinner. I assumed it seemed reasonable. What kind of routine did you use for your gains?

I am in agreement with both Titleist and Cantlook …

I don’t believe that girth work is a deterent to lenght gains. The only question is your ability to maintain focus and consistency. More than any other factor … consistency will be what gives you your gains.

If you start too many techniques you run the risk of loosing motivation or not doing any of them well. Conversely, if you are able to do multiple techniques with consistency, I don’t see why you can’t gain in all directions.

In my experience I am Hanging (8-10) hours a week which is allegedly the bare minimum. I have also recently started to clamp and Jelq more aggressively. The issue for me is that I find that the amount of work is a little overwhelming and I am not always able to keep to the routine. I can sense my frustration and I begin to loose heart.

If you have more discipline than me though .. I think you can gain girth and length at the same time.

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Though I never measured girth initially, girth has clearly happened even though I have never done work specifically for it.

I think expanding your Dick with any PE exercises and 100% erections on a steady basis is bound to see both length and girth gains.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Thanks everyone. Eye opening to be honest. Considering the newbie routines work both length and girth this is sweet. Long journey continues.
