How far from length goal before girth work
I know I’m still doing the new newbie routine and that this question should be miles away but I am reading about this stuff daily now. Knowledge is an addiction for me..
When hanging (hypothetical here), do you get to your length goal? An inch before your length goal? Before beginning serious girth training? Everywhere I read says stretch by hanging to get all the length you want first. Just how far is my curiosity..
