How far did manual stretching take you

For the more experienced PEers, how far did manual stretching take you? I’m talking just hands no hanging or stretching device. I am curious to know!! Thanks

All the way. ALL of my gains have been manual. 1.25” length and .375” girth. It takes time though.

My journey .... My pics

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

1” in length and about 0.25” in girth

I can add .25 length and .05 girth. Totals = 1.25 length and .3 girth :) I’m a happy stretcher.

Just did the math too it’s 16.2 in(cubic) in volume. Up from 11.9 cubic inches

So for everything lengthwise is from stretching manually. I think with proper deconditioning breaks you can keep on going…

Currently got half an inch in 4 months.

I have just started PE properly with a regime I follow but I was manually stretching and with a weight (1pound) for about 2 months before embarking on enlargement seriously. Now, I started off at around 5 3/4” hard but when I took a measurement at the start of my regime, jelqing and stretching, I found I was already 6 1/4” after just a couple of months stretching! After a further 10 days or so with the regime I am now up to 6 1/2” hard. I am quite pleased with that result so far. My worry now is, having started a proper timed regime will I continue to grow or will I slow down?

I think I gained about an inch of length with stretching and jelqing before I added hanging.

What is the “secret ” to manual stretching gains? Here we are referring to purely stretching and not jelqing, I assume.

Maybe I am pulling too hard ? I think it is important not too stretch too hard? and how much and often. If someone could shed some light on their routine and “secret” I would be eternally grateful.

There is no secret.

Some people gain more quickly-fastgainers,some don’t-hargainers.
