How far can just manual exercise get me?

So I’m 18 and have extremely strict religious parents who would probably hate me doing PE if they knew, no chance I can order anything for pumping and hanging is out of the question, how far can I get with PE doing just wet jelqs, dry jelqs, kegals, and basic stretches? Will I be able to hit my 1.5” length and 1” girth goal through that? Also is masturbation bad for PE? It’s so hard for me to not masturbate after a session or hours later.

Seriously, you dont need any products but your hands to achieve your goals. It just makes things sometimes easier like an All day Stretcher.
(but you can for example up the frequency through piss pulls as in stretching each time when you visit bath)

PE needs dedication. You can get a healthy dick and maybe gains if you just do it from time to time.
If you want extraordinary gains then you have to do extraordinary PE.

1.5” length and 1” girth is surely possible with manual PE. Just takes dedication and observing your body while adjusting wisely. All the knowledge necessary is on here.
If you find your way of gaining then you can reach your goal rather fast. Maybe in a year or two.

Most give up I suppose as gains come for most slow. Its entirely possible to do PE every day and not gain a mm for months.
PE is not for everyone. Needs a good mindset. My observation is that younger people are not mentally equipped to it in most cases.(I wasnt when I was younger)

I would advise anyone to do at least a basic routine as it helps penile health.

There are no set formulas for how fast one will gain. A lot of it is based on how much dedication you can put in to the endeavor. Not at all sure where Dinosaur pulled that little factoid from, but I’d disregard it.

I gained an inch BPEL in length in one year. And nearly 3/4 inch in EG in the same time. That being said, everyone’s results are different, but a lot of guys gain a respectable amount in a year or less. Start with the newbie routine and see where it takes you. Even if all you gain is 1/2” you’ll still be bigger than if you’d done nothing.

Ok glad that’s not very accurate, yah I’ll keep up PE, any recommendation on good Manual exercise? I know there’s no set time where you gain but glad to hear manual and moneyless PE will still grant gains. What’s recommnded I add after the newbie routine?

You started at 15.1 cubic inches volume.
Currently you’re at 17.2 cubic inches.

A goal size of 8.5” x 6.2” is 26.0 cubic inches.
A goal size of 9.2” x 6.3” is 29.1 cubic inches.

You gained just over 2 cubic inches in 1.5 months so far. Gains rate tends to slow down over time, but you are off to a very good start. You’re on pace to gain 4-10 cubic inches in the first year,but you’ll need to get your girth gains to catch up with your length gains a bit.

Currently I’m up 4 cubic inches total after nearly 3 years of PE, and I’m glad to gain anything over 1 ci per year.

Some of the big gainers had up to 10 ci gain in their first year, and up to 5 ci per year after that.

I think there’s huge variation on how much gains guys get in their first year. After that newbie year I generally think of under 1 ci / year as slow, and 1-2 ci / year as average, and 2+ ci / year as fast.

Haha, you remind me of me. If youre 18 then college is coming up, which means $4,000 every 4 months from Obama for making good grades lolololoololol! I have all the PE devices ‘cuz of financial aid ha. Dude order it to a friends house or something, I suppose i’m lucky enough to be in an apartment complex. There’s a way if there’s a will. I’m sure there’s someone you know whom wouldn’t mind receiving your packages.

I’m just screwing with you, sorry but yeah it varies between others. If you could get an ads mailed to a buddy’s house. I did my newbie routine, gained .25 (6.25-6.5) then at 6.5-7 bpel with the ads.

We tend not to “screw” with each other here. We take PE seriously, with a grain of salt too. When someone is asking for a serious opinion, please give a serious response.
