How far can just manual exercise get me?
So I’m 18 and have extremely strict religious parents who would probably hate me doing PE if they knew, no chance I can order anything for pumping and hanging is out of the question, how far can I get with PE doing just wet jelqs, dry jelqs, kegals, and basic stretches? Will I be able to hit my 1.5” length and 1” girth goal through that? Also is masturbation bad for PE? It’s so hard for me to not masturbate after a session or hours later.
