How far can just manual exercise get me?

I am strict Christian and I approve of PE. :)

I think you have realistic goals and you can get there with manual exercises. From my experience length was harder to get without hanging but everyone is different.

I think the real problem here isn’t how long it takes to manually get larger. The most time consuming part of PE is trying to find the routine that works without injuring yourself in the process. Because of the fact that everybody is different, a one size fits all routine will never work. If you find what works for you quickly you will gain quickly. If it takes three years to find that routine and you get injured along the way then you will gain slowly.

I’ve tried things that didn’t work, spent money on product that were a waste of time and have injured myself slightly finding what works. I’m still not through bit getting close.

Yah I’m doing 250 wet jelqs and basic stretches to start. Done it for a month and had the general good PI most of the time so I’m trying that out. 2 days on 1 off so injury is not gonna be a problem.

For me 0.5 length gains and 0.2 girth gains in 4 months only jelqs and stretches. That’s how far.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I’ve gained oven an inch with just manual and nothing else.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
