I’ve only done jelqs so far, and I’ve seen some results during the last few weeks (~1cm length). I haven’t done any stretches since I get a hard on each time I try. I’m not overly sensitive or anything, strangely, but could you give me any hints on how to keep the erection down? Doesn’t matter if I masturbate before, get a hard on anyway.

Easy erections are very normal during the first several weeks of pe. Over time, your dick gets used to the fact that when you touch it you are not going to just jack it till it spurts :)

Manual stretching can be very effective if properly applied. There’s lots of info here on it if you search around.
