How effective is stretching vs jelqing when aiming for length
So right now, I have more of a focus on length. My current routine is a 5- 10 min warmup, 150 towel hangs, about 5 mins of stretching, and 20 min jelqing. But with a focus on length, would it be better to stretch longer and focus less on jelqing? Which is better for length?
