How Does This Workout Sound

I don’t have a lot of time to do these since I still live with good ‘ole mum and dad (yes, I know it’s pathetic, but money is rather tight). Am I likely to see any gains if it just to 10 sets of 30 second stretches and some kegels after a shower (so it’s still warm)? I’m also going to start of more intense running schedule, since I heard that just the extra pressure from that could help gains. If not please help me out. I am in dire need, only 5 1/4 over here! Thanks for all your help!

You probably won’t experience much from light manual stretching and kegels. I’d incorporate some jelqing, and more stretching afterwards, like DLD blasters.

No offense, but 3 minutes of manual stretching just ain’t gonna cut it.

I want to add those in, but because of my place of residence, I don’t really have the oppertunity to. I need to find a place of my own.

Do they watch you shower? Do they watch you sleep?

You can split up your routine and do some of it in the shower, and some of it when they go to bed.

Ok, I didn’t know that you could split it up. Could you link me to the best guide for a dry jelq?

Dude, with that attitude your not going to gain very much unless your just very lucky. You should really try to get in anytime you can.

Like XL said, you can PE in the shower. Maybe wake up half an hour earlier than usual?

Also, when doing jelqs, are you supposed to feel pressure? Just sharp pains mean something bad, correct? I’m guessing so, since that’s probably how gains are made.

Yes, pressure good. Pain bad. You should feel good expansion in the glans. They should swell and become glassy looking. If you have a good session going you will also get tiny bumps that pop up at the end of the stroke. Again, remember, if you feel pain you are being too rough.

You can incorporate PE as a way of life without setting aside a block of time. For instance, make a deal with yourself. Everytime you take a leak, do a 60 sec stretch after. Everytime you take a shower, do 200 jelqs. When you go to bed, do 5 min of dry jelqs, or ulis etc…

One last question. Is thre a maxium ammount of length one can add. Since I’m only 5 1/4 now, is 7 in a few rears unreasonable?
