How does this routine sound?

Monday = bath mate 3x5min sessions , then penis hang with modded phallosan 1x20 min the rest 10 min, then wear the phallosan 6-7 hrs.
Tuesday = Same as above
Wednesday = all the same but no bath mate
Thursday = same as Monday and Tuesday
Firday= same as M,T,T
Sat = day off
Sunday= same as M,T,T,F

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I’d recommend a 2nd rest day always, especially for those long extender durations the extra day adds up. 6 on 1 off is very intense, overtraining imo. I do like the 3x5 min bathmate sessions for a start too, I’d do it after that extender comes off for the day, stretch then expand, that’s how I’ve done it. It also feels like a treat after the stretching to get to play with your unit, I love pumping, and the plump feeling feels nice to go bed with as opposed to possibly getting some edema and then going into the phallosan. Enjoying your routine is a big deal about staying consistent. Some people would say the hanging for only 20min might not be worth it but I’m guessing its more for a big stretch before putting on the extender? If so then yeah, go for it tbh :)
