How does my routine sound

Here’s my routine I just started today(keep in mind I have been jelqing on and off since January).

5 min hot wrap
10 min manual stretches
10/15 min jelq
5 min warm down
25 regular kegels
15 four second hold reverse kegels
(And today)I put a rubber band around my penis for about 5 mins because I don’t have a clamp.

And I’m wondering is adding the rubber band to the routine a good idea?And I’m aiming for length and girth.


Using a rubber band for five minutes should not be a problem in itself, but you may find that the rather thin band is going to irritate your skin, particularly when you have to ‘peel it off’ as, I imagine. you will be pinching the skin with your fingernails , which could create some painful weals

It’s a good routine good luck, I’ve never done a rubber band it sounds uncomfortable are you using it for a clamp?

Yeah only a little bit of irritation,but I can handle it.And yes I have been using it as a clamp.Thanks guys,ill report on my gains around December or so.
