How does my routine sound
Here’s my routine I just started today(keep in mind I have been jelqing on and off since January).
5 min hot wrap
10 min manual stretches
10/15 min jelq
5 min warm down
25 regular kegels
15 four second hold reverse kegels
(And today)I put a rubber band around my penis for about 5 mins because I don’t have a clamp.
And I’m wondering is adding the rubber band to the routine a good idea?And I’m aiming for length and girth.
