How does my routine (length and girth) look like?

Hi,

I am no beginner in PE but i would like to read some comments about my routine. I think here is the best place to get hints for improvement.
The routine is for both length and girth.

2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off:

-morning:
2 min warmup
5 min jelq, medium-strong, each 3 seconds
5 in manual stretching, straight out and down, each 15 seconds
4x15 min of hanging as much weight as is feels ok. This is only 1 pound today. More is not good, I feel.
wearing on ADS between the cheeks as long as it feels ok (around 3-5 hours)

-evening:
5 min jelq, medium-strong, each 3 seconds
5 in manual stretching, straight out and down, each 15 seconds
4x15 min of hanging
2 min massage and a good cream


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Maybe too many things at the same time?

I think this routine is more length-oriented; It contains stretching, hanging, and ADS, which make a sum of long time, But only 10 min of split jelq sessions of 5 mins. But, as Marinera said, you’re doing too many things at the same time already. So, I think you can’t, and shouldn’t, add any other girth exercise in the current time.

Maybe you want to try to do all the length exercises, let’s say, in the morning, and the jelq at the evening.

Well my main goal is lenght.
Of course this is a lot of exercise, but imo the ADS fits perfectly to the hanging.
The short period of jelqing is mostly because i am a bit afraid that the pressure which forces the blood back through the veinal valves could damage these and so lead to e.d. after a longer time.
But i will add 5 minutes of jelqing at the end of the day what makes 15 mins at one day.

It that ok?

I didn’t mean that you need more jelq time, I just said that it’s more length-oriented. You’re routine is already intense, so I don’t think you need to add any thing right now. And if you feel you’re doing enough, stick with what you’re doing.

I waas just frearing that i have overseen a really good exercise but i don’t think there is really something spectacular in the net besides just jelqing, stretching and hanging (maybe some Ulis, but that seems to be all)…..

Stick in orange bends… I don’t think anyone should go through there PE career without trying them. I did them as a newbie and got great results in both length and girth…

Is it okay to first jelq first and then do manual stretches? I am doing a newbie routine.

I think it’s perfect in this order because filling the tissue with more blood and making it more expandable is a good preparation for the later applied stretching forces.
