Is your penis dulled out in terms of sensations , does it feel artificial. Does it ‘Feel” bigger?

Surgery is actually pretty dangerous. There are horror stories documented here. Penis enlargement isn’t exactly an area of research that the medical community has any interest in so the field is filled with substandard doctors and other shysters.

Surgery is dangerous and very expensive, and most of the time the end result is a mangled up disfigured penis with some form of ED, and in my opinion is a cowards way out, it seems like everyone anymore is always after the “instant gratification” because the can’t be bothered to “work” for something they want.

Jelqing, horse440’s, uli’s, pumping, clamping, etc is what you should be doing for girth, it’s natural and it’s free, and you won’t end up with a frankendick.

I don’t think surgery is a coward’s way out, just a stupid way out given the primitive state of the field. I think it would be a good thing if penis enhancement could one day be handled as a safe medical procedure. If there are any aspiring medical researchers here, consider taking it up as an area of interest. You will never win a Nobel Prize doing this, but you will be a hero to men everywhere for the rest of human history if you succeed.

I have read the horror stories and it scares me to death. I feel bad for the guys that resort to this. No matter what please don’t do it.
