141 to 215 in 6-8 months? That is a lot of weight gain. What happened?
no, I went from 141-165 in about a year while staying pretty lean but gained some fat. Then I went from 165 - 215 in 8 months. Mostly fat, maybe ~10lbs muscle. I’ve maintained 215lbs since May while gaining strength so I probably replaced a few more lbs of fat with muscle. I’m anywhere from 20-25% bodyfat.
