How do You warm-up/down?

I wanted to know what the trend is with all you penis enlargers… :)

How do you warm-up/down?

- Do you actually warm-up/down?

- Hot wrap? Towel? Water? Rice sock? Shower?

- Flaccid? Erect? Semi-erect?

- With porn?

- How many minutes? Hours?!



I warm-up/down with the rice sock for 10 minutes on both, this while completely erect or semi-erect and watching porn. ;)

Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

I warm up by sitting in a hot bath for at least 5 minutes.

I warm up about 5 to 7 mins with a hot towel, in a flaccid state. Without porn.


Start (5.90" BPEL, 5.00" EG) / Current (6.30 BPEL, 5.30" EG)

I warm up under a special tap that’s like knee high. I don’t warm down because there ain’t enough minutes in the day. Erect - flaccid: depends, doesn’t really matter. How long: However long I feel like it, when its ready. No… No porn.

I use a hand held in the shower or a rice pack for about 8 min they both work.

I used to use porn to help with the warmup, but now I don’t as it seems like my member understands that it’s ‘work out’ time. I currently use a warm face cloth (I keep it separate form my face cloth for my face:) ) and simply wrap it around my shaft. If the cloth begins to get too cold, I just soak it in hot water again, and continue to re-apply as necessary.

I warm up for 10 minutes with an electric heat pad for 10 minutes. I again apply the heat pad for the warm down period, but I also massage and watch (or just listen) to porn to keep myself in a higher erect state.

Cool. I was actually wondering if people preferred erect or flaccid warm-ups/downs, but it’s cool to see all the other input.

I typically warm up somewhere between 0% and 50%. Anywhere in between their is fine. I just use my warm up to do exactly that, warm the penile tissue so that it is more ‘stretchy’. Then the real fun begins.

Well, lets see.since I do all my PE exercises in the bathroom, it’s easy for me to do the ‘hot water cup’ warm up method. I think it’s the most convenient method, since all you need is a cup and hot water. I tried doing the wrap thing, but it’s just sorta inconvenient for me, you have to warm the cloth like every 45 seconds which is annoying.. And it also drips all over.

So I basically fill a glass cup with very hot water, so that it feels uncomfortably hot for my dick, but still doesn’t burn it. Then push it against the pubic bone and wait for 3 minutes while the dick floats in the hot water.then refill the cup with hot water again and wait for another 3 minutes and voila! The penis is all red and very warm - optimal for the following stretching! Penis is flaccid when I do it.

So you that means you take like 4/5 baths a week?! I guess you gotta have a pretty enormous water bill ;]
