How do you stop erections while doing PE

Every time I jelq or stretch, I always get an erection up to 90%. I always have to take a break for a few mins and go at it again. It’s like I can’t pe without getting horny!? Is it ok to jelq or stretch at 90% erect?

Any advice on how to stop getting erected while doing p.e? Help me please.

I jelq sometimes at 90% erect. just ease off on your grip strength. I think its good to jelq at both low erect and high erects. mix them up..

Also if you really want to get the erection down. pinch your head with your thumb and first finger….. dont literally pinch it to hurt it… but just give it a squeeze.

No it isn’t ok. In the best of cases, it would little or not beneficial : the goal of jelqing is to move blood inside your penis.

With time, this problem will subisde, your penis will learn the difference between PE and fun time.

I find jelqs at a higher erect give me more expansion… and jelqing too soft just feels like its doing nothing… ideally I like a happy medium.. just my 2 cents :)

It takes a bit of practice and time, but you’ll be able to control your erection level soon enough if you keep doing your exercises on a regular basis.

Wow!

Stretching at any erection level may be crazy and even impossible.

I always do physical exercises(push-ups, squats or anything else) when I’m having trouble holding my erections back before I stretch or do anything that demands a limp dick.

Have a climax, then do PE during your refractory period.

There are some who have posted threads stating that climaxing hurts your gains but I haven’t had that experience.

I hate the way my dick gets swallowed up after climaxing. I thinks it sucks for manual stretching.

I very much agree with marinera on this. You just need to get used to doing it and your body will ideally be able to tell the difference.
