How do you prevent erection when stretching

OK guys, the only problem when I am stretching is that I start getting hard, then I have to take a break and think of nasty things to turn myself off so that I can continue stretching. I’ve masturbated first then stretched, this works, but what if I don’t want to masturbate first? Is there any tricks you guys use to not get hard?


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

The way I’ve tried to work on it is not really being in the mood when I’ve stretched. Certainly in the mood to stretch, but not horny. It’s helped. When I did stretching/jelqs a long time ago, I’d get hard pretty easy, so I would think of the motion of stretching or the pressure in my hand/arm while doing it, and that would be enough to distract me from the arousal.

I try to think of the stretching aspect of it, more than, o, I will have a giant penis and every chick I date will love it aspect lol. But in all seriousness, it’s mainly just your frame of mind

Just keep stretching, I know it might sound a little stupid but right now your dick automatically relates you touching it with masturbation so it gets erect.

Well I don’t think that made much sense lol, but my point is that you will slowly get used to it and your dick wont get erect when you stretch, I bet all of us had that problem at the beginning.

How long have you been PEing? What are your goals? If you have just started just go for the safe way and do the newbie routine, many members have achieved great gains from it , and it is a really solid routine.

About your question for you to link stuff at the bottom of your posts, I am not familiar how it would appear with an English setup, but in Spanish it says control, it is the 2nd link at the top of the page in blue, just between wiki and faq, there just go to the 2nd option, the one for configurations and in there you can create and edit your signature, which it what appears at the bottom of your posts.

That’s the problem, I’m not thinking of females or anything like that. I’ve even tried to think of piles of dog shit, but for whatever reason, I still get a hard on, it’s becoming an issue.

Dyablo had it correct. Just keep stretching. Your penis will eventually come to know when it is time for work and when it is time for play. Most of us experienced the same thing when we first started PE.

Yeah it can be hard if it’s been a few days and every slight touch gives you a semi. Since the beginning until now it’s gotten easier, but still after 4 months on some days it’s still a tough task and have to wait for semi’s to go flaccid again.

Simply what works for me is watching something unsexual and focussing on watching it at the right moments. For example during warmup, or when it gets slightly erect reapplying rice sock (I have about 4-5 reapplications of rice sock to stay warm through whole routine). Obviously while doing the actual stretches you want to concentrate on what you are doing at least for parts of it but in the in between times, the rests between sets, having something to watch helps alot. Even listening to music would probably be better then sitting alone in a room in silence for 30-60 mins every night. Which sounds like a drag.

What to watch? Documentary of Nazi Germany’s Tiger and Panther Tanks on History Channel? Too much lol? TV shows like sitcoms work good too, as long as you like them enough to pay attention. Or a sports game like a basketball game or football game. Heck even a movie or DVD can do the trick. It makes the hour go so quickly and after 4 months I can look back and have fond memories of all this stuff I have watched lol. Doesn’t work so good for jelqing that requires more intense focus though.

Cooking oil? Olive or coconut oil works good. Or hair moisturiser?

Try a warming massage oil. They warm the muscles as they’re rubbed in. You can even get massage oils with other oils and herbs designed to relax tissue.

I will say it again, I wish I had this freakin problem! Being able to get erect so easily. Getting random erections in the day. I’m only 23 for christ sake ahahah. Maybe I have low testosterone. I eat great, workout every day. Big puzzle to me.

Maybe you’ve been either PEing or have enough control/experience to not get so easily worked up like everybody. I’d worry when you can’t get it up period.
