How Do You Not Get Horny While Jelqing

When I jelq, I always have to stop, just to let my erection die down. Every time I jelq 10 times, it bones up to 80-100%!!

Any suggestions?

Stick with it, the erections from jelqing will lessen over time. No, masturbating doesn’t hinder gains whatsoever. I’ve gained over an inch in length and an inch in girth while masturbating before and/or after my P.E. sessions.

That’s fine, getting an erection, as long as it’s not 100% to full erection. Remember, you want to jelq with an erection level between 60% - 80%. I’m sure you have a good judgement on how much of an erection that means for your penis.good luck with it!
