There are many different ways to lengthen your penis but not all of them will work for you. The best thing you can do is start with the NEWBIE ROUTINE and assess your body’s ability to adapt to the workout. Most of the time, that is the best way to make gains. If it doesn’t work or you hit a plateau, there are many other options to choose from including:
1. Pumping
2. Hanging
3. Multiple manual stretches
4. All Day Stretching devices like the Phallosan
There are more but that will get you started. Remember, start easy and use very low pressure when beginning the Newbie Routine. Gauge your effectiveness on your ability to gain length (slowly) and your Physiological Indicators.
