So say I jelq around 40 to 50% for a while I was getting good expansion. My grip was really light like holding an egg almost. Now My last workouts been all right but I’m not getting that expansion I had before. My yesterdays workout was the same so I had to be at EL of 60% my grip was fairly tight almost like a vice grip but not quite. Then when I did that I got back that really engorged expansion when I was at 40 to 50% EL.
So should I stay at 60 % EL and a fairly tight grip still?
