How do you increase flaccid length and girth

I know it probably comes w/ erect gains, but I just wanted to verify. How do you get flaccid gains. How do you go from being a grower to a shower?

Mine has just come from doing the newbie routine. Some days hang better than others, but there’s no doubt about my progress.

Mine came mostly from pumping.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Right now I realised couple of things:

-Newbie routine. Right now I do it in “less is more” type of desire. Do manual stretches and jelqing 5 min each, wait for my penis to recover before I do another training session (it might take even 2-3 days without any exercises).
And it helps, you know. I got fuller flaccid during a day and can easily make him semi-erected to look like the real man-size :)

-Warm underwear. It is got to be even little bit tight (not too much). It helps him being “fuller” too.

I think I am still a grower but clamping is what has given me flaccid gains.

Mine came from the classic newbie routine and lots of stretching. I was always a shower pre-PE with a flaccid of 6”-6.5”. Now i’m at 6.75”-7.1”


Start: 17 Feb 2012, 8.25bpel x 4.92mseg; bpfsl=??; fl=6.5x4.5

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

So you haven’t actually really gained THAT much flaccid length. If I take the middle of your starting (6.25) and current (6.925) length: Only 0.675” gain, which is on a starting length of 6.25” 10.8%. That’s nice, but not a lot when your start length is 4” like most people here (Which will end up with 4.4” assuming they grow the same percentage)

I’d bet my money on the newbie routine (with increased numbers when needed, of course). Houstonwoods, for example, has gone from 3.5” to 6” by simply jelqing, stretching and kegeling. Oh, would I love that…


RE-RE-Started (21.03.2024): 5.5" BPEL, 4.5" MSEG

Current: 5.5" BPEL, 4.5" MSEG

Goal: 6.6" BPEL, 5.3" MSEG

Flaccid games should come from any type of PE. It gets bigger both flaccid and erect. Pumping is really nice for a bigger flaccid hang. Pumping and then put on a cockring to keep it engorged and clamped gives a really nice flaccid hang. Most of it is temp gains but in the long run I think it improved your flaccid but be careful. You should also try doing fowfers.

I think the actual gain matters more than the percentage. If a person starts at 4” and gains like i did, wont it put him at 4.625”? It might not be a lot but i think anyone would be pleased to gain 0.625” flaccid length in 3 months.

This is kinda in line with what others have said, but I’ll say it anyway.

I noticed a difference in my flaccid hang after I had been wearing an ADS on a daily basis for about 2 weeks.

The flaccid length was a bit longer and much less prone to turtling


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG
