How do we know what is the right amount
I am in my 1st month of PE and was wondering what are some early signs that we are on the right track or wrong track. Right now, my routine is basically the newbie routine with a couple minutes more stretching and a couple more in jelqing. What are some things to look out for to see if we are doing it right or wrong? How can we tell if we are doing too much? I don’t feel any pain or soreness at all and I’m feeling a little bigger, so should I keep my routine or step it up slightly? What are some signs that things might turn bad and need changing? When should we switch to 3days on 1 off instead of 2 on 1 off? Thanks for all your help!
