how do u jelq for so long, my hands give up?

i jelq for 10 mins and have to stop cause my hands are killing, how do guys do it for so long.

After just 10mins?

Your wrists and hands must be very weak or not have much endurance.

You could always take small breaks during your jelq session or pick up a Power Jelq Device.

It doesn’t catch up to me for about 20 mins, then I start to feel it in my thumb muscles mostly.

I alternate hands, switch positions, use different fingers, but it’s still pretty taxing sometimes. I take a 30 second break every 5 mins or so, massage my dick, and shake/stretch out my hands.
