How do I know when I'm 'conditioned'?

I have been following the 2 day on 1 day off beginner routine (stretches/jelqs/kegels/), with some light pumping thrown in here and there for approximately 2 months.

I enjoy the routine and have seen a definite improvement in EQ and some minor size gains.

I understand the importance of starting off with the beginner routine in building ‘conditioning’ but how do I know when I am ‘conditioned’?

Is it simply a matter of time or are there physical indicators that you look for?

Whilst I enjoy the routine I am eager to employ some more techniques such as hanging for length and clamping for girth, which I understand to be the most effective out there.

I’m pretty new at this too, but my advice is to keep increasing the intensity of the newbie routine SLOWLY, paying close attention to EQ, morning and night erections and pain. You are conditioned when you can do a moderate workout with no negative PI.

I would say conditioned means you are consistently increasing the intensity of your workout with no negative indicators, and are seeing gains, no matter how small, on a regular basis.


Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go.

Starting: 6.0 BPEL 5.0 EG

Current: 7 BPEL 5.5 EG

Thanks guys, I think I will stick to the newbie routine for another 2 weeks. Perhaps making slight increases in time spent doing it.

Then I will consider slowly adding in new methods.

When you apply more effort and see no further gains I think you can assume you are conditioned.

There’s no way for anybody to tell you when your ready. It really relies on your own personal comfort level. If you think your ready to try something different go for it. I only did the newbie routine for a month.

Most gains that come from the newbie routine are from an increase in erection quality in my opinion. That’s why “newbie gains” come so fast. It’s easy for the body to adapt and send more blood. It takes longer to deform the tissues and allow cell repair and regeneration.
