How do I know when I'm 'conditioned'?
I have been following the 2 day on 1 day off beginner routine (stretches/jelqs/kegels/), with some light pumping thrown in here and there for approximately 2 months.
I enjoy the routine and have seen a definite improvement in EQ and some minor size gains.
I understand the importance of starting off with the beginner routine in building ‘conditioning’ but how do I know when I am ‘conditioned’?
Is it simply a matter of time or are there physical indicators that you look for?
Whilst I enjoy the routine I am eager to employ some more techniques such as hanging for length and clamping for girth, which I understand to be the most effective out there.
